Q. What do I wear and bring?
A. We want our students to be comfy, however we do recommend tights or pants that sit below the knee, and a firm but comfy top as you'll be updside down. Also don't forget your drink bottle!
Q. Am I too old?
A. We strongly believe age isn't/shouldn't be a boundry! Whether you're 5 or 85, our doors are open wide to welcome all adventurers.
Q. How do I know what class to book?A. Our timetables are sperated by apparatus and age. If you're unsure please just reach out and we will find the perfect fit for you!
Open Trainings
We all know practice make progress, so make the most of our open training sessions!
There is no limit to your stay inside the hours outlined, stay for 20 minutes or 2 hours!
Practice all those things you've been thinking about, bring your airpods and create that routine you dream of!
Only $10 for your visit! We ask that you be respectful of others and kindly share equipment if its busy and keep noise to a minimum if there's a class on.
